Chad “Billy” William Kuhn, a dedicated family man and professional with a diverse background, resides in Mingo, OH. Born and raised in the heart of Ohio, Billy’s journey has taken him through various educational and career paths, shaping him into the dynamic individual he is today.

Billy embarked on his academic journey at Toronto High School, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Eager to pursue higher education, he continued his studies at Urbana University, where he honed his skills and broadened his horizons. His thirst for knowledge led him to Jeff Tech Police Academy, where he underwent rigorous training, preparing him for a fulfilling career in law enforcement.

For many years, Billy served his community with unwavering dedication and commitment in law enforcement. His passion for public service and his desire to make a difference in people’s lives drove him to excel in his role.

After a substantial and impactful career in law enforcement, Billy transitioned into the realm of project management in the bustling city of Pittsburgh. Over the past seven years, he has demonstrated his exceptional organizational and leadership abilities as a project manager, contributing to the successful completion of various construction projects in the area.

Now, fueled by a desire to channel his passion and expertise back into his hometown, Billy has returned to Ohio to take on the role of our Steel Valley Contracting & Maintenance/ Go Go Handyman Project Manager and Construction Coordinator. With his wealth of experience and a strong sense of purpose, he is dedicated to spearheading projects that will not only enhance the infrastructure of the region but also contribute to its economic growth and prosperity.
