Charlie Ellis joined Steel Valley Contracting & Maintenance as a Project Manager in April 2026, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the team. In his role, Charlie oversees medium- to long-term Rent Ready projects as well as rental construction initiatives for property management, while also supporting ongoing operations alongside the Steel Valley Contracting team.

With 25 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator and an impressive 33-year membership with Local 809, Charlie offers a deep understanding of construction practices, job site safety, and project execution. His well-rounded background in both fieldwork and management allows him to lead projects efficiently while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Charlie’s expertise, attention to detail, and team-focused approach make him a valuable asset to both clients and colleagues. He is dedicated to delivering reliable results and helping ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys camping, riding UTVs, and spending time with friends and family.
